Shipping Policy
HEAR360 offers multiple shipping options to locations all over the world. Domestic orders ship for free via FedEx Ground, while international orders ship at a flat-rate of $150 USD. HEAR360 does not cover costs for expedited shipping. Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping timelines do not include order fulfillment time.
Shipping rate quotes are based on the weight of shipping a single 8ball with all accessories included (~6.6 lbs). Shipments of more than one microphone may be subject to higher shipping rates & longer shipping times.
International Shipments (delivery address outside the U.S.) are subject to import duties and value added taxes (VAT). Tariff rates vary from country to country. HEAR360 does not collect VAT on behalf of the customer. HEAR360 is not responsible for payment of import taxes. Please check with your local customs agency for rates and more information. International shipping estimates below are based within North America. Shipping times are subject to change without notice. Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs clearance. We cannot guarantee exact transit times as clearance is subject to the discretion of the customs agencies.
