How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, you must email support@hear360.io and include your serial number, date of purchase, and reason for refund. Purchasers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with refunds, cancellations, and returns, including but not limited to standard shipping and handling, as well US import duties.

How do I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder) by emailing support@hear360.io, including your serial number, date of purchase, and reason for refund. Please note that your request may not be able to be approved if your order has already been shipped. If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?

Your refund credit will appear on your card after we receive the unit in our possession.
